Love the Museum, have some time, and want to join the Coarsegold Historical Society? Volunteers are needed as docents to the Museum and for special events and projects. Annual dues are $30 for a Family Membership and $300 for a Lifetime Membership.

There are lots of ways to volunteer with the Society. Docents act as hosts at the Museum and meet and greet visitors from all over the world. Can you spend a few hours a month volunteering as a Docent? Training is provided.

The Museum Gift Shop is located in the Kennedy Barn and features several books about the area, including As We Were Told, a  two-volume set written and published by the Coarsegold Historical Society. Gift items include Coarsegold Museum logo t-shirts and caps, rocks, arrowheads, and other small souvenirs.
